When will I get my tickets?+
Most tickets are delivered electronically within minutes of purchase. For events where the venue or team releases tickets closer to the date (often Broadway and certain sports), you'll receive them in time for entry. You can track delivery status anytime in your Itch Tickets account.
How will my tickets be delivered?+
Tickets are delivered as mobile transfers (Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, etc.), email PDFs, or — for select premium orders — physical FedEx delivery. Each listing shows the delivery method before checkout.
My event was rescheduled. What happens?+
Your tickets remain valid for the new date. No action needed. If you can't attend the new date and the event was rescheduled (not cancelled), tickets can still be re-listed for sale on Itch Tickets.
My event was cancelled.+
If your event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you'll be automatically refunded the full ticket price to your original payment method within 30 days.

Why are prices higher (or lower) than face value?+
Itch Tickets is a marketplace. Sellers — fans, season-ticket holders, and licensed resellers — set their own asking prices. Prices move with supply and demand, just like airline seats.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are PCI-compliant and encrypted.
When am I charged?+
Your card is charged immediately upon order confirmation. Your funds are held until the seller confirms ticket transfer.

How do I list tickets?+
Sign in, click 'Sell Tickets', enter your event, set your price, and upload or link your tickets. Listings go live within minutes.
When do I get paid?+
Payouts are issued 5–7 business days after the event takes place, via direct deposit (ACH) or PayPal.
What are seller fees?+
Sellers pay a 10% commission on the listed price. There are no listing fees, no monthly fees, and no charges for unsold tickets.
