Our site is not for children under 13

Itch Tickets is a general-audience marketplace intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506.

If we learn we have collected a child's data

If we discover we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

Parental requests

Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information may request review and deletion by emailing akiva@itchtix.com from an email address we can verify, with the subject line "COPPA deletion request." We respond within 10 business days.

Teens (13–17)

Users between 13 and 17 must have a parent or guardian's permission to create an account or complete a purchase. Account holders certify that they are at least 18 years of age.
