1. About Itch Tickets
Itch Tickets ("we", "us", "our") operates an online marketplace that connects ticket buyers with independent ticket sellers. We are not a primary issuer of tickets and are not affiliated with any team, venue, performer, or event organizer.
2. Marketplace pricing
Sellers set their own asking prices for tickets listed on Itch Tickets. Prices may be above or below face value and change with supply and demand. The all-in price, including service fees and delivery, is displayed before checkout.
3. Buyer Guarantee
Every order is covered by our 100% Buyer Guarantee: tickets will be valid for entry and delivered before the event. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
4. Account and payment
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Itch Tickets to charge your payment method for the full order total.
5. Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Itch Tickets relating to your orders, delivery, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
