Seller Agreement

1. Authenticity guarantee

Every ticket you list must be authentic, valid for entry, and currently in your possession (or contractually committed to you with a guaranteed delivery date before the event). Listing counterfeit, duplicate, or canceled tickets is grounds for permanent removal and may be reported to law enforcement.

2. Delivery commitments

You agree to deliver confirmed orders by the delivery deadline shown on the listing, and in no case later than three (3) hours before event doors. Mobile transfer must be sent to the buyer's email or carrier-supplied transfer link; paper tickets must ship by trackable carrier.

3. Late-delivery and non-delivery penalties

If you fail to deliver on time, Itch Tickets will source comparable replacement tickets at our cost and charge you for the difference, plus a service penalty of up to 25% of the order subtotal, capped at $250 per order. Repeat offenses result in suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.

4. Payouts

Seller payouts are released 5–7 business days after the event takes place and the buyer's claim window has closed. Payouts are made by ACH to a verified U.S. bank account. We may hold payouts pending fraud review or dispute resolution.

5. Fees

Sellers pay a 10% commission on the sale price, deducted from each payout. There is no charge to list. Payment-processing and chargeback costs are not passed on to sellers in good standing.

6. Tax reporting (IRS Form 1099-K)

If your gross sales meet or exceed the federal reporting threshold in a calendar year ($2,500 for 2025, $600 for 2026 and later, subject to change by Congress), or any lower threshold required by your state, we will issue an IRS Form 1099-K. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.

7. Identity verification (KYC)

To comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering rules, we may require government ID, tax ID (SSN or EIN), and bank-account verification before releasing payouts above $600.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Pending orders must still be fulfilled. Outstanding penalties survive termination.
