How customers opt in
Customers opt in by checking an unchecked SMS consent box on one of our web forms (Contact, Newsletter, or during account sign-up) and providing their mobile number. The checkbox is never pre-selected and the phone field is not required unless the customer chooses to opt in. Below is the exact consent disclosure shown next to every checkbox:
