Buying tickets from a stranger online should not feel risky. Here is exactly what we do — and what you can do — to keep every transaction safe.

Verified sellers

Every seller is verified before they list. Repeat sellers earn a rating based on on-time delivery and ticket validity. Sellers with chargebacks, late deliveries, or invalid tickets are removed from the marketplace.

Secure payments

Card data is processed through a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store full card numbers on our servers. All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+.

Fraud monitoring

Every order is screened in real time for high-risk signals. Suspicious orders are reviewed by a human before tickets are released.

Tips for safer buying

  • Always check out through Itch Tickets — never wire money or pay a seller directly off-platform.
  • Use a credit card if possible; you keep your card's chargeback protections in addition to ours.
  • Watch for tickets you can't get into your wallet app on time. Contact us immediately if delivery is late.
  • Beware lookalike domains. Our only domain is market.itchtickets.com.
