Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final

Because tickets are time-sensitive and you reserve a specific seat at a specific event, all sales on Itch Tickets are final once an order is confirmed. Orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, weather (where the event still takes place), or travel issues.

Cancelled events

If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will automatically receive a 100% refund of the ticket price you paid (excluding any non-refundable third-party shipping costs already incurred). Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14–30 business days of the cancellation being confirmed by the venue or promoter.

Postponed or rescheduled events

For postponed or rescheduled events, your original ticket is typically valid for the new date. We will email you with details as soon as they are confirmed. Refunds are not provided for rescheduled events unless required by law.

Delivery problems

If your tickets are not delivered before the event starts, contact us immediately. Under our 100% Buyer Guarantee, we will provide comparable replacement tickets or refund your purchase in full.
