The total price you see at checkout includes all mandatory fees other than government-imposed taxes and optional shipping. Service fees, delivery fees, and venue fees are itemized but already included in the displayed total.
New York (Arts & Cultural Affairs Law § 25.07, § 25.13)
Itch Tickets is a ticket reseller operating in New York. The face value of each ticket, when known, is shown on the listing. Tickets may be sold for more or less than face value. Listings comply with all venue- and primary-issuer-imposed price caps.
California (Business & Professions Code § 22500 et seq.)
Itch Tickets is a "ticket reselling website" as defined under California law. We are not affiliated with the venue, team, or performer. Refunds for cancelled events are issued under our Refund Policy.
Connecticut (Conn. Gen. Stat. § 53-289 et seq.)
For events in Connecticut, ticket resale is subject to statutory price caps for certain event types. We display the face value when known and enforce applicable caps at listing time.
Illinois (Ticket Sale and Resale Act, 720 ILCS 375)
Itch Tickets operates as an internet auction listing service. Buyers are protected by the 100% Buyer Guarantee. If a ticket is not delivered or is not valid for entry, you are entitled to a full refund.
Tennessee (Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-25-1701 et seq.)
Itch Tickets prohibits the use of ticket-buying bots in violation of state and federal law. Reports of suspected bot activity may be sent to akiva@itchtix.com.
Virginia (Va. Code § 59.1-466.5)
For events held in Virginia, Itch Tickets discloses the total purchase price, including all mandatory fees, before requiring payment information.
