Service fee
Our service fee covers fraud screening, the 100% Buyer Guarantee, payment processing, and 7-day customer support. It is calculated as a percentage of the ticket subtotal and shown to you before you enter payment information.
Delivery fee
Mobile transfer and digital delivery are free. Physical shipping (paper tickets, will-call relays, or international FedEx) is charged at cost and shown as a separate line item.
Taxes
State and local sales tax is collected where required by law and remitted directly to taxing authorities. The tax rate applied is based on the event location.
Federal compliance
We disclose the all-in total price prior to checkout in compliance with the FTC Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees (16 CFR Part 464), effective May 12, 2025. We do not use drip pricing, hidden fees, or misleading "starting at" headlines.
